Executive Team Bhagath Singh Karunakaran - Managing Director and CEO
Bhagath is a first generation entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience and a passion for engineering and technology. He is one of the founding directors of Kalycito. He has hands on experience in all phases of electronic hardware and software development. He experience include hard-real-time system design, Linux and networking. He is an expert in Industrial Field buses and has contributed in specifying and implementing the high availability specification of Powerlink.

In his four years with Infosys Technologies Limited he has worked with world class OEMs in Canada & France. Bhagath is a graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and has also undergone a three year professional career program in Information Technology and Quality Management.

Mahalingam Ramasamy - Director and CTO
Mahalingam is a founding member and director of Kalycito. As the CTO he provides direction in which the organization's technological capability should evolve. Apart from the role of CTO, Maha also actively networks to bring new customers and contacts to the company. He is also involved in mentoring the team on technological challenges. Maha is an alumnus of REC Trichy (now renamed as National Institute of Technology) and has 18 years experience in design, implementation and managing of converged networking solutions for Enterprises.

He has strong working knowledge in Embedded Systems and has successfully developed and commercialized products for applications in Textile and Medical Electronics.

Currently he also leads a services company based out of Coimbatore, India which offers consulting, network implementation and support services focusing on improving the adoption of Information and Communication Technologies by SMEs. From this venture he has extensive experience in LAN/WAN implementation, Network Security and Unified Communications.

He is a founding member of UIT Educational Trust for providing high quality and affordable higher education. The trust's first project, "United Institute of Technology", a college offering engineering degree courses has started functioning from the academic year 2009-10.

He is also serving as a member of advisory committees, board of studies and academic councils of leading Engineering institutions and Universities in Tamil Nadu.

Kamalakannan Govindarajulu - CFO and COO
Kamal is a founding director of Kalycito. Kamal was instrumental in the incorporation of the company and providing the financial plan for the first year of operations. Today, he heads Finance and Operations of Kalycito. As the CFO he does the financial planning and manages financial risks. As the COO, he monitors the daily operations of the company and is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the internal systems of the company.

Kamal also holds the bottom line responsibility for record keeping within Kalycito and is also responsible for carrying out periodic audits of the internal systems.

He has a Masters in Microelectronics Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He has worked as a senior sales consultant for a Telecom major - Telstra, Australia.
